Welcome to Zeetron Networks’ License Agreement. This document defines the terms under which you may access and use our proprietary software, training kits, and digital tools. At Zeetron, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and responsible usage. By outlining clear rights and obligations, we aim to foster trust, protect intellectual property, and ensure that our innovative technologies are used ethically and effectively. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.
License Types
Zeetron Networks provides three distinct license types to meet the needs of different user groups. Each license outlines specific usage rights, user limits, and applicable scenarios. Please choose the license that aligns with your intended use:
Free License – Intended for personal, non-commercial use. Includes limited access to select tools and features.
Commercial License – Designed for businesses and organizations deploying Zeetron products in commercial environments. Covers broader functionality and support.
Educational License – Tailored for students, academic institutions, and training centers. Enables learning and instruction within an educational framework.
Our licensing model ensures every user whether learning, building, or scaling has access to the right tools under fair and transparent terms.
Grant of License
Zeetron Networks hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, use, and where applicable modify our software and digital products in accordance with the terms of your selected license type (Free, Commercial, or Educational). This grant includes the right to:
Install the software on authorized devices
Use the software for permitted business, educational, or personal purposes
Modify or adapt the software within the constraints of the license and without violating intellectual property rights Zeetron’s licensing framework is designed to support your productivity while safeguarding our intellectual property and ensuring responsible usage
Usage Rights and Restrictions
Permitted: Install Zeetron software for personal, business, or educational projects, and make limited modifications for your use.
Prohibited: Resale, unauthorized distribution, altering source code, or reverse engineering. See your license for details.
Compliance ensures fair use for all and sustains ongoing innovation at Zeetron.
Redistribution Terms
You may share Zeetron products if you provide proper attribution, such as ‘Powered by Zeetron’ alongside your project.
Do not remove branding or claim Zeetron software as your own.
Redistribution must comply with the scope of your license.
Attribution Guidelines
Always credit Zeetron if our products power your solutions or projects.
Use our logo or include ‘© 2025 Zeetron Networks’ in your credits section, following our brand guidelines.

Termination of License
Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. A 30-day notice may be provided for certain violations.
Upon termination, you must discontinue use and delete all copies of Zeetron software from your devices.
This action protects our users and intellectual property rights.
Warranty and Disclaimer
Zeetron software is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for damages resulting from use or misuse of our products.
Our commitment is to safety and innovation, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance for every environment.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflicts of law.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Rajasthan.
